Brazil Weather: Cold Front Grips South, Southeast; Storms Loom for Rio Grande do Sul

Meanwhile, the Southeast will also see cold mornings, with temperatures below 10°C across much of São Paulo and Minas Gerais, and isolated frost in southern Minas Gerais and Campos do Jordão, São Paulo. São Paulo city anticipates cloudy skies with possible drizzle, a high near 18°C, and a chance of evening drizzle. Rio de Janeiro city expects light rain and partial improvements, with a high of 22°C, while Belo Horizonte will have clear skies and a high near 22°C. The Central-West region will largely experience stable weather, with cool mornings in Mato Grosso do Sul and southern Goiás, followed by rapidly warming afternoons, potentially reaching 34°C in northern Goiás and Mato Grosso. Isolated rain is possible in the Federal District and Goiás. The Northeast will see rain concentrated along the coast, particularly between Salvador and Porto Seguro, with moderate to heavy downpours possible. The North region will be hot and humid, with afternoon and evening rain showers, especially in Roraima, Amazonas, and Pará, potentially including thunderstorms.
