Hugo Fabbri Incorporadora is expanding its presence in São José do Rio Preto with the launch of Cambuí Reserva da Mata, a new residential development in the Plaza Avenida Shopping region. This project, with an estimated total sales value (VGV) of R$ 138 million, continues the development of the planned Reserva da Mata neighborhood, a key area for real estate expansion in the city. Located on Avenida Nabuco Parreira Andrade, the development spans over 21,700 square meters and features a single tower with 144 apartments. The units offer various floor plans, including options with two or three bedrooms, catering to diverse resident needs for comfort and quality of life. The development's strategic location in the city's south zone provides access to commerce, services, educational institutions, healthcare, dining, leisure, and major transportation routes, including the Washington Luís Highway. This project builds on the legacy of Hilton Hugo da Silva Fabbri, president of Hugo Fabbri Incorporadora, who has previously developed successful projects in the Reserva da Mata area, such as Ipê da Mata, Holt Place, and Pátio Pitangueiras, which saw significant property value appreciation. Cambuí Reserva da Mata emphasizes the company's strategy of developing in locations with established infrastructure, good mobility, green spaces, and high appreciation potential. A notable feature is its integration with the Parque Urbano Fred Navarro, a large green space offering recreational activities and enhancing the sense of living close to nature within an urban setting. The Reserva da Mata neighborhood itself is unique in the region for its underground wiring infrastructure, contributing to a more organized urban landscape.
