Macaé Adoption Fair Finds Homes for 50 Dogs and Cats

A 45-day adaptation period is stipulated for animals transitioning to their new homes. To adopt, individuals must be over 18 years old, with guardians signing the terms for minors. The adoption process involves an interview to assess the potential owner's profile, signing a responsibility agreement, and completing a form with personal details for post-adoption follow-up. This initiative is held periodically every Thursday from 2 PM to 3 PM on the Avenida Rui Barbosa boardwalk, near the Sociedade Musical Nova Aurora.
