These services will be facilitated by court conciliators trained by the National Council of Justice (CNJ). The Nupemec is led by Judge José Nilo Ribeiro Filho and coordinated by Judge Rodrigo Nina.
Services will be delivered from a specially equipped TJ-MA bus featuring air conditioning, internet access, laptops, and seven workstations.
