Plaenge Celebrates Aura Handover in Londrina's Alto da Palhano

Plaenge hosted an event for partners and clients to celebrate the handover of Aura, a high-end development in Londrina's Alto da Palhano district. This marks the third building completion within the Plaenge Parque Urbano masterplan, designed by Benedito Abbud to foster community and nature connection. Aura features 195 m² apartments with three suites and intelligent layouts, alongside a leisure area including a beach tennis court, indoor heated pool, and gardens with fruit trees. The architecture is designed to integrate with the surroundings, bringing green spaces into daily life. Superintendent Rodolfo Sugeta highlighted the significance of Aura's completion, following the earlier delivery of Arbo and Flora, and expressed satisfaction in seeing the planned spaces utilized. The final building, Huma, is slated for delivery in early 2027. Bohrer Arquitetos, responsible for Aura's architecture and interiors, emphasized its cohesive design language, featuring double-height ceilings and an entrance through a plaza. The landscaping extends to the building's entrance, with interior spaces connecting to the exterior greenery. The leisure facilities encourage frequent use, with diverse options for recreation and connection with nature. The decorated apartments showcase a fluid integration of living, dining, and gourmet kitchen areas, utilizing a palette of wood, exposed concrete, and granite. Residents like photographer Felipe Lima and lawyer Bruna Lima, and agribusiness entrepreneur Castellar Júnior and lawyer Daniela Castellar, expressed satisfaction with the thoughtful design and family-friendly amenities, such as the large playground and playroom. Psychiatrist Jennifer Villar and cardiologist Leonardo Rios moved from São Paulo seeking a different pace of life, appreciating Aura's spaciousness, location, and sophisticated style, along with the high level of service provided by Plaenge.
