Vectra Delivers Wynn, Londrina's First Smart Building, Ahead of Schedule

Vectra celebrated the handover of Wynn, Londrina's first intelligent building, located in the Nova Prochet neighborhood. This marks Vectra's third tower completion in the area. The architectural design was by Eliza Koyama and Marcia Ivale of Architectural Projetos, with Chris Brasil Arquitetura handling common area interiors and Ivan Pona of iO Paisagismo responsible for landscaping. The Wynn project, launched in 2022 with a smart building concept, was fully sold out and delivered ahead of schedule, offering buyers enhanced legal security and investment returns. The building features 16 floors with four apartments per level, totaling 64 units, each measuring 119 m² with three suites and customization options. Designed for comfort, practicality, connectivity, and technological flexibility, Wynn incorporates features like facial recognition, advanced lighting, and automation infrastructure. Residents can enjoy amenities such as an outdoor pool, gourmet area with a private pool, car wash station, delivery hub, coworking space, gym, and a pet care area. The apartments are equipped with a panel for home automation, USB outlets, remote-controlled blinds, and pre-installed infrastructure for future curtain automation. The residential complex includes comprehensive security with camera monitoring, elevators, voice-controlled virtual assistants in social areas, fiber optic network, and Wi-Fi throughout. Future residents, like architect Ricardo Grangera and commercial manager Thais Campana, were drawn to the spaciousness, customization potential, and the growing Nova Prochet area's quality of life and mobility. Sustainability is also a focus, with provisions for electric vehicle charging, potential solar energy installation, rainwater harvesting, LED lighting, and water-saving fixtures.
